Team Parent positions were put in place to assist the Team Manager, so that they are able to fully focus on the players and not be overwhelmed with other responsibilities. This position acts as an "Off-Field Assistant Coach" helping the Team Manager with communications, uniforms, picture day organization, fundraising and other league-related activities. This role can also encompass helping with snack schedules, dugout help and more.
